Trainee sales progressor required for our progressing and expanding independent property client based on the outskirts of Colchester. If you possess some property sales experience or sales experience and wanting to find a role within property working Monday to Friday this Trainee Sales Progressor role is for you! Working in a modern office with a friendly lively team who will help guide and train you, helping to develop you in this career as a sales progressor.
The role
Answering calls and dealing with polite and friendly manner
Liaise with all parties involved in the property sale
Proactively manage the progression of property sales
Collate information and updates on the progress of the sale and related transactions
Compile reports based on the updates provided
Working as part of a team
Liaising with estate agents to book in valuations
Ensuring reports are returned to the relevant parties
Working Monday to Thursday 9 am – 5.30 pm and Friday 9-5
The Person
Must possess a driver’s license and have access to a vehicle
Friendly and happy manner
Must possess some sales experience, ideally in property, but not essential
Target driven
Able to communicate with people of all levels
Keen to build a career
Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
IT literate
