Sales progressor required for our busy property-based client with a passion for delivering a high-quality service. If you are an experienced sales progressor seeking a new exciting challenge with no weekends working from a modern office, with a friendly team this is the role for you. We are looking for an experienced estate agent or legal property professional to join our clients expanding team in this role of sales progressor. The role
• Liaise with all parties involved in the property sale
• Proactively manage the progression of property sales
• Collate information and updates on the progress of the sale and related transactions
• Compile reports based on the updates provided
• Proactively manage and deal with issues that arise to minimise impact on timescales
• Monday to Friday 9-5.30 working hours
The Person
• Have knowledge or experience of estate agency or residential conveyancing in the legal industry
• Excellent customer services skills
• Good telephone manner
