Sales Administrator required for our Sudbury client in this exciting new and very varied sales administration position. As their Sales administrator, you will provide an efficient frontline service to people contacting the charity by telephone, email, or in person. It will be your responsibility for the smooth running of the Executive administration functions, supporting all staff and the administration of the organisation. Your daily duties will include monitoring inboxes for the organisation, receiving and sending post, photocopying, scanning, updating spreadsheets, arranging dairies/meetings and pipelines. In your Sales administrator role, you will also undertake miscellaneous office duties as necessary, including photocopying, booking couriers, greeting visitors and providing refreshments for meetings etc. It is essential for this position that you are an experienced administrator used to handling multiple tasks at one time, are IT literate, live locally to Sudbury and ideally available immediately.

Executive Administrator to act as the immediate point of contact for the Executive Team, providing support to the CEO/DCEO with items such as organising travel arrangements, meetings, mail merge of individual or large mail-outs, preparing labels, assistance with appeal letters and offering general support for our Sudbury-based client. The role Monitor all inboxes for the organisation, receiving and sending post, photocopying, scanning, updating spreadsheets, arranging dairies/meetings and pipelines. Responsible for the smooth running of the Executive administration functions Supporting all staff and the administration of the organisation Assist the Executive Project Lead in all administrative functions. Support the governance functions of the charity where appropriate Assist the Safeguarding Policy and Training Lead, monitoring the training inbox, sending holding responses to requests, as well as other training-specific tasks. Monitor external directories to ensure the charity’s information is up to date. Organising the printing of charity leaflets, managing paperwork and updating systems with stock levels as required. Support administrative functions as required – including logging and banking of cheques and posting. Provide general admin support across the charity as required.
